He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Dolores Green, Elizabeth O'Donoghue Jr. (Roger), Jennifer Ferris (Eddie), Michael Green, Jr. (Jennifer) and Susan Skinner (Jason); his sister Dolores Milmoe (Greg); his grandchildren, Roger O'Donoghue III (Megan), John O'Donoghue (Melissa), Marykate Leach (Brian), Katy Hurff (Christopher), Erin Worthington (Bobby), Maggie Calvo (Roque), Billy Ferris (Megan), Elyse Ferris, Teresa Green, Monica Green, Ryan Skinner, Sean Skinner and Sarah Skinner; and his great grandchildren, Roger O'Donoghue IV, Patrick O'Donoghue, Kaylee Hurff, Henry Worthington, Rocco Calvo and Liam Ferris.
