He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie A. Sparkman and Emma Gertrude Dodd. He is survived by: his brothers, John Patton Sparkman and Dan Russell Sparkman; his wife Alice Jones Sparkman; and his son Joseph Hunt Sparkman.
