He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth Ann; his children, Carol Davis (Candy) of Franklin, Deborah Cisneros (Ramon) of Franklin and Richard Fleenor (Barbara) of Kingston; and his grandchildren, Jesus Cisneros (Tibisay), Desiree Cisneros, Michael Davis (Rachel), Cesar Cisneros (Cindy), Chris Davis (Kristen), Amanda Huggins (Brian) and Daniel Cisneros (Ell). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
