He is survived by: his wife Janice Vaughn; his sons, Kenny Ray Vaughn (Beverly) and Kelly Vaughn (Shirley); his siblings, Jackie Vaughn, Richard Vaughn (Brenda), Dorothy Newcome and Betty Ann Duncan; his grandchildren, Travis Vaughn (Gina), Rebecca Ann Smith (Josh), Kyle Vaughn and Christopher Adair (Liz); and his great grandchildren, Jack Vaughn, Tyler Smith, Brylee Smith, Rylan Smith, Keagan Vaughn, Emory Vaughn, Crafton Adair, Crew Adair and Piper Ganey.
