He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Robert Lee Moore Jr. (Myrtle), Dana Carter, Trea McBee (Joe), Marcia Wright (Tim) and Edward Leach; his grandchildren, Anita Smith (Lawrence), Jallisa Legette (Renard), Stephanie Carter, Destiny King (Jason) and Kinara Justice Carter; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Elijah, Kaiyan, King, Aydan, Lorenzo, Kasanova, Nyla, Brooklyn, Kali, Nalani, Queen, Nigel and Maya; his sisters, Ida Mae Turner, Dora Jackson, Edith Jennings and Evelyn Perkins; his siblings-in-law, Robert Jackson, Jacqueline Moore, Marie Moore and Deborah Moore; his close friend Rev. William Joslin; and his friends, Mother Mary Perkins and Brenda Wade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
