He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Grady Owen and Frances Brown Owen; and his brother Thomas Malone Owen (Gayla). He is survived by: his wife Carole Lynch Owen; his children, Robert Lynch Owen (Darla) and Lillian Ruth Owen Sambuco (Richard); and his sister Mary Owen French (Mark). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
