He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Stevens, II and Lorraine Wolfington Stevens McCormick. He is survived by: his son Nicholas P. Stevens of Nashville, Tennessee; his siblings, Ronald G. Stevens of Noblesville, Indiana and Kyle Kincaid of Lebanon, Indiana; his nephew Kraig Kincaid (Kelli) of Noblesville, Indiana; his nieces, Niki Guetersloh (Garrett) of Creal Springs and Katelyn Gibson (Matt) of Noblesville, IN; his caregiver Karen Brown of Brentwood, TN; and his brother Richard Stevens.
