He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Annette McCord Davis; his son Timothy E. Davis; his parents, Roy E. Davis and Amanda Virginia Overby Davis; and his brothers, John Everett Davis and William Earl Davis.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Davis Harris (Ronnie); his grandsons, Dustin James Anderson (Rachael) and Roy Jonathan Davis (Delaney); his great grandchildren, Wyatt James Anderson and Eli Davis; and his daughter-in-law Pam Mangrum Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
