He is survived by: his wife Paula Hembree Frisby; his children, Lauren Elizabeth Frisby Webb (Whit), Erin Eileen Frisby Baker (Daniel) and Paul Matthew Frisby (Katherine); his siblings, Craig Frisby (Karen), Dale Frisby (Diane), Dennis Frisby and Rebecca Frisby; and his pet Emmie Frisby. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
