He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Kelley and Fannie Kelley; and his siblings, Florence Griggs, Clara Anderson, John Kelley, Wesley Kelley and James "Snake" Beard.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Kelley; his children, Jason Kelley and Shana Kelley Jones; his grandsons, William Kelley, Gavin Jones, Kayden Kelley and Benton White; his nieces, Patricia Parker, Susan Deal and Reba Carrington; and his pet Wild Man. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carlisle Cemetery.
