He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick and Edyth Allen Kendall. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Dugard Kendall; his sons, William, III and John Scott (Carolyn); his granddaughter Isabella; his brother John Allen Kendall (Henrietta); and his sibling's children, John, Jr. and Kris.
