He was predeceased by: his father Forrest F. Lipe (Margaret Fitts); and his brother-in-law Mike. He is survived by: his wife Mary Breen Lipe; his son Charles Michael Lipe; his cousins, Rick, Mary Fitts, David Fitts, Bert Magh and Carla Lewton; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy, Mary Jo Breen, Pat Breen, Dan and Linda Breen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
