He is survived by : his wife Audrey Dodd Lewis of Friendship; and his children, Frank Lewis (Elaine) of Graylake, Larry Lewis of Lake Geneva, Richard Lewis of Friendship, Maria Lewis of Friendship and Amy Lindenmeyer (Michael) of LaGrange, Illinois. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
