He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Martha Lee. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lee; his stepsons, David Triplett (Susan) and Michael Hall (Tammy); his daughter Mona Trantanella (David); his brother David Lee; and his close friends, Bonnie Winchester, Rhonda Carpenter, Bishop Billy and Betty McCool. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
