He is survived by: his children, Timeka Stitts (Bo) of Bells, TN, Emily Watson (Dez) of Las Vegas, NV, Kenisha Clay (Reggie) of Murfreesboro, TN, Byron Timothy McCurry II of Alamo and Martavious Love of Jackson, TN; his siblings, Joe T. McCurry Jr. of Alamo, TN, Ray L. McCurry (Madell) of Jackson, TN, Lois Manley of Gadsden, TN, Rosie Johnson (Ray), Brenda Love (Kent) of Jackson, TN and Mary Ann Sinclair of Humboldt, TN; and his close friend Paula Beard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Private immediate family services, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, for Mr. Byron McCurry, will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Hosley Chapel Church Cemetery in Gadsden, TN.
