He was predeceased by: his father William Webb Hopper; his wife Mary Katherine Smith Hopper; his sister Mable Lovell; and his great grandchild Kaylee Grace Dotson. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Davenport and Kelly Lynn Hopper (Alicia); his siblings, Bobby Hopper (Rachel), Jean Harris, Virginia Hopper and Nell Barnett (Ben); and his grandchildren, Brenna Hopper (Karla) and Leah Dotson. He is also survived by grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
