She was predeceased by: her husband Shirley Odell Barlow; her children, Jimmy Barlow and Joy Fiolek; her grandson Kyle Sisco; her stepfather Claude "Doc" Wilson; her son-in-law Bill Sisco; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Rose Barlow.
She is survived by: her children, Joe D. Barlow of Gainesboro and Joan L. Sisco of Gainesboro, Tennessee.; her granddaughter Kayla; her son-in-law Willie Fiolek of Livingston, Tennessee.; and her great grandchildren, Kyler of Tennessee, Addi of Tennessee, Hunter of Tennessee, Charly of Tennessee, Aiden of Tennessee and Alexis of Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made in honor to NHC nursing staff by contacting the business office of the funeral home.
