He was predeceased by: his parents, William Homer Bybee and Gladys Aline Hall Bybee; and his brother Kenneth Bybee. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Bybee of Gainesboro; his sons, Charles Randall "Randy" Bybee (Denese) of Gainesboro, TN and Steve Bybee (Lisa) of Gainesboro, TN; his brothers, Bill Bybee (Frances) of Cookeville, TN and Paul Bybee (Judy) of Cookeville, TN; and his grandchildren, Jessica Quiett (Chuck) of Cookeville, TN, Grant Bybee (Shay) of Cookeville, TN, Deanna Risher (Randal) of Cookeville, TN, Kristi Donegan (Matt) of Baxter, TN and Brooklyn Ragland (Nathan) of Gainesboro, TN. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren along with other relatives and many friends.
