She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Clyde; and her grandparents, Joe Oscar and Willie Ryan Ray. She is survived by: her mother Jo Helen Allen Ray; her son Bradley Slack of Davison, MI; her grandchildren, Sophia and Elija; Jo Helen Ray.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (2131 S Grundy Quarles Hwy, Gainesboro, TN 38562). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
