He was predeceased by: his parents, George Woods Bryant and Lillie Orene Richardson Bryant; his daughter Terri Loftis; his siblings, Shelburne Bryant and Joann Loyd; and his brother-in-law Junior Loyd.

He is survived by: his wife Anita Bryant of Gainesboro, TN; his son Shelby Bryant (Donna) of Gainesboro, TN; his sister Glenda Lafferty (Jim) of Centerton, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Jeanette Bryant of Booneville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jordan Bryant, Travis Bryant of Gainesboro, TN, Jada Padgett (Daniel) of Carthage, TN, Cruz and Michela Loftis of Waldorf, Maryland; and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Beau, Kolt, Kutler and Knox.
