She was predeceased by: her parents, Arkley Elbert Perrin and Rosa Craton Short; her husband Curtis J. Head; her son Tony Curtis Head; and her brother James Thomas (Frances).
She is survived by: her son Randy Head (Lori) of Cookeville, TN; her siblings, Jack Perrin (Linda) of Gainesboro, TN, Debbie Smith (Neil) of Moss, TN and Pauline Jackson (George "Cotton") of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Travis Head (Beth), Ashley Lynch (Joseph) and Kylee Head; and her great grandchildren, Ellie Head, William Lynch and Harper Lynch. She is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
