He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James Lawson and Nita Mae Lawson; his brother Terry Lawson; and his sister-in-law Nita Lawson. He is survived by: his son Branden Lawson (Megan) of Cookeville, TN; his brother Marty Lawson; his grandchildren, Cooper Lawson and Millie Lawson; and his nieces and nephews, Taunja Lawson, Jamie Lawson (Amy), Heather Lawson and Thomas Lawson.
