He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Hall and Ruth Hall McPherson (Deckard); his stepfather Jack McPherson; his wife Brenda Birge; his siblings, Roger Earl Hall, Leon Hall, Voris Hall and Virginia Flora; and his stepbrother Randall McPherson.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Heady (Jeff) of Gainsboro, TN and Jeff Hall (Becky) of Tompkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Cole Heady (Macie) and Cale Heady (Jessica); and his close friend Gail Spear.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home (510 W 4th St, Tompkinsville, KY 42167). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at the Monroe County Memorial.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Harley's memory may be made to the Monroe County Backpack Program.
