It is with sadness that the passing of John Willmore (Gainesboro, Tennessee) is shared. John, born on September 7, 1939, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward Willmore and Dymple Draper VanHooser Willmore; his cousins, Jean VanHooser Locke, John William VanHooser and Jane Butler; and his close friend Ann Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Willmore of Gainesboro; his sons, Tommy Edward Willmore (Kathy) of Nashville, TN and David Willmore (Shelia) of Smithville, TN; his grandchildren, Katie Sullivan (Chad) of Nashville, TN, Austin Troy Willmore (Tiffany) of Smithville, TN, Sarah Willmore-Romeo (Matt) of Austin, TX, Holly Petty (Jeff) of Kingston Springs, TN and Seth Street (Alex) of Kingston Springs; his close friend Anna Glover Hudson (Scott); and his pets, Missy and Lady. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
