He is survived by: his wife Sandra Evitts of Cookeville; his son Billy Laycock (Christy) of Rickman, TN; his grandchildren, Samantha Osborne (Westley) of Cookeville, TN, Ashley Laycock of Cookeville, TN, Zachary Barham of Gainesboro, TN, Savannah Cooper (Heath) of Rickman, TN, Alex Laycock (Tiarra) of Hilham, TN and Lindsay Beaty (Devin) of Monterey, TN; his great grandchildren, Jaylen, Vincent, Skylar, Zayley, Theo, Anna, Ashton, Knox, Jackson, Nova and Summitt; and his close friends, Tony Brown of Portland and Arthur "Moose" Harper of Hartsville.
