She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Elmo Kemp and Mary Irene Martin Kemp; her husband Joe Ed Watkins; her daughters, Vickie Watkins and Susan Watkins; and her siblings, Joan Rives, Bobby Kemp and Johnny Kemp.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Watkins of Cincinnati, OH and Lauren Birdwell (Luke) of Moss, TN; and her grandsons, Trevor Newsome and Levi Newsome. She is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
