He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Albert Rose and Elizabeth Rose; his wife Frances Ruth Rose; and his great grandchild Zander Ray Rose of Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Dallas Rose (Deanna) of Pleasant Shade, Mark Allen Rose (Marilyn) of Caledonia and Jennifer Hess (Larry) of Dodson Branch; and his siblings, Luther Rose of Meadow View, Lilly Rose of Coeburn and Nancy Rowland of Virginia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
