We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2018, at the age of 88, Opal Akers Maynard (Gainesboro, Tennessee), born in Grethel, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Kelly Maynard; her sons, Boyd Thomas and Robbie Kelly; her daughters-in-law, Kathleen, Darlene and Lee; and her siblings, Richard, Elvie, Daniel, Edna and Zetti.

She is survived by: her sons, Donnie (Elizabeth), David, Joseph (Susan), James (Eileen) and Daniel (Tracy). She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren; 46 Great Grandchildren; 14 Great Great Grandchildren.
