He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ragland Way of Gainesboro; his sons, Shawn Howard Way (Lindsey) of Gainesboro and Cody William Way (Brooklyn) of Gainesboro; his siblings, Sandy Keith of Gainesboro and Danny Way of Rickman, TN.; and his grandchildren, Blakely Cole Way and Jax William Way.

Memorial donations made be made to Pharris Cemetery or to assist with funeral expenses.
