She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nichol and Ruba "Ruby" Lee Lemasters Loftis; her son Kevin W. Proctor Jr.; and her siblings, Linda Nichol and Ronnie Nichol.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Allen Nichol of Hilham, TN, Justin Lee Procter (Christy Talley) of Jamestown, TN and Jeremiah J. Proctor (Amber) of Hilham, TN; her siblings, Robert Nichol, Jr. of Hilham, TN, Gary Nichol (Sandy) of Garden City, MI, Cheryl Nichol and Debra Hammons (Melvin) of Gainesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Chelsea Stacy, Dayton, Ethan, Pheobe and Piper; and her siblings' children, Tommy, Christopher, Rachel, Brittany, Lisa and James.
In lieu of flowers, her family has requested memorial donations be made toward assisting with her funeral expenses. Memorial donations may be made by contacting the business office of the funeral home.
