She is survived by: her children, Daniel Maynard of San Bernardino, CA, Carrie Maynard (Joshua Rogers) of Gainesboro, TN and Elisha Maynard of Gainesboro, TN; her siblings, Luke Lyon and Misty Honaker; her grandchildren, Tyra Bassham, Caden Basham, Anastasia Koffas, Ella Koffas, Jewel West, Maizy Maynard, Aliyah Maynard, Jayson Maynard, John Maynard and Joe Maynard (Sue) of Gainesboro, TN; her brother Joe; and her sister-in-law Sue Maynard of Gainesboro, TN..

In lieu, of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to assist with cremation expenses.
