“He blessed so many hearts with his talent for song writing and for his humor. I saw him many times in concert and loved to visit with him at the products table. We had a mutual interest in kidney transplants. I just loved him and I'm so sorry he's gone, but he had worked for a long time, to take this trip! Sing with the angels, my friend!! Mark Eubank wrote a sympathy message

“As one of Aaron Wilburn's 1st cousins, I spent many days with Aaron and his siblings at his home when we were children. I remember that he was a very passive, soft spoken and gentle human being. I was really saddened by his illness and even more saddened by his passing. I know that his children, grandchildren and siblings will have wonderful memories. Knowing that he has gone to a better place will help them through their grief. Peggy "Mitchell" Eubank Nov. 29, 2020”

Steve Mauldin wrote a sympathy message

“I knew Aaron for over 40 years. We went to church together at Cornerstone and most recently at Regeneration Church with Candy and Kent Christmas. We always threatened to write a song together, but never did. However, I produced and orchestrated many, many songs of his during me 48 years as an Producer/Arranger/Orchestrator. He was very unique. He was quick witted and funny. I was happy to call him friend. I will miss him greatly. Steve W. Mauldin”

Penny Hall wrote a sympathy message

“My deepest love, Prayers and sympathy goes out to each of you. Aaron was a Hero in my eyes. He was the only person who would talk to me about my brother Jim. The last conversation we had he was telling me he had dreamed about Jim recently. He said he was writing another song in Jim’s honor “ Are you Still 18”. He said he would make sure I got a copy, but now he’s with Jim so he knows the answer. Aaron was the first to call me when my Son passed a year ago, so he was always a comfort to me. Penn”
