He is survived by: his wife Karen Fuqua Hensley; his stepdaughters, Deanna Hampton, Rebekah Napier (Rick) and Rachel Lasley; his son David Sean; his stepgrandchildren, Kara, Michael, Kristin, Steven, Matthew, Kelsi, Zackary and Tori; his sister Paula Davis; his nieces, Kim, Wendy, Penny and Brandy; and his pet Lylah. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
