He was predeceased by: his parents, K. P. Floyd and Lois Vise Floyd; and his son Brad Floyd. He is survived by: his son David Floyd (Marcia) of Gallatin; his siblings, Mark Floyd (Annette) of Gallatin, Neil Floyd (Donna) of Gallatin and Kay Gillespie of Gallatin; his grandchildren, Dayton Floyd, Brayden Floyd, Liz Floyd and Gentry Floyd; and his fiancée Debbie Day of Gallatin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church "Wednesday Night Meals for Kids Fund", 205 East Main Street, Gallatin, TN 37066.
