He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Reece Bruce and Polly Gourley; and his wife Virginia Frances Bruce. He is survived by: his son Steve Bruce (Darlene) of Portland; his grandsons, Chad Bruce (Courtney) of Orlinda and Chase Bruce (Chassity) of Portland; and his great grandchildren, Lane Bruce, Hallie Bruce, Lawson Bruce, Korie Bruce, Maddox Bruce and Billy Bruce.
