We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 95, Billy R. Whitley of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orell Whitley and Bessie Whitley; his wife Virgie; and his brothers, Joe and Darrell.

He is survived by: his children, Lori Mrosko (Bill) of Colona, IL and Larry Decker of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Michael (Donna), Rebecca (Sean), Maddie, Brandon (Taylor) and Sarah (Mitchell). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
