He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Hawkins Perry. He is survived by: his mother Emilee Kennedy Johnson; his wife Anita Perry; his children, Joe Perry (Audrey) and Tabitha Thompson; his stepchildren, Matt Goins (Rachel) and Melinda Goins (Daniel); his grandchildren, Abigail Perry, Lileigh Perry, Austin Soler, Ezekiel Soler, Zane Perry, Angela Arnold, Jack Arnold, Franklin Goins, Violet Goins, Blake Heady and Jace Heady; and his sister Laura Perry Morris (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
