She was predeceased by: her parents, Geneva Henley George and Alman George; her husband Louis Summer; and her siblings, Charles George and Betty George.
She is survived by: her children, Louis Summer (Katrina) of Portland, Shannon Todd of Portland and Shelly Durham (Matthew) of Portland; her siblings, Pat George (Linda) of Cottontown and Elizabeth Cook (Tom) of Hartsville; her grandchildren, Matthew Johnson, Rebecca Denney (Brandon), Louis Durham, Joelene Whited, Carter Cutrell, Katie Tayse, Skyler Stewart, Jaxon Stuart and Thomas Huffman; her great grandchildren, John Luke Denney, Levi Denney and Elliot Whited; and her siblings' children, Aleasha Neal, Timmy and Wade Summer.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gallatin (100 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
