She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Shindell and Gladys Maynard Shindell. She is survived by: her husband Coda Davison; her sisters, Linda Hollenbaugh and Darleen Sargent; and her pet Tyson.
Beyond her business, Carol’s generosity and selflessness were evident in her practice of donating leftover food to the Portland Senior Center where her dear friend Jamie Rose serves as Director and the Portland Police Department, ensuring that her contributions extended well beyond the kitchen.
