He is survived by : his parents, Nancy Maxey of Gallatin and Davis Maxey (Brenda) of Lafayette; his children, Cody Broadrick and Peyton Maxey; his brother Chuck Maxey of Gallatin; his nephew Cam Maxey of Gallatin; and his stepsisters, Tammy Davis (Rocky) of Lafayette, Beth Doss (Jeff) of Lafayette, Carol Wells (Mike) of Lafayette and Marsha Bilbrey of Lewisburg.
