It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ferrell Smotherman of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 10, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Albert Smotherman. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Elizabeth Winn Smotherman; his wife Linda Smotherman; his daughters, Christy Grenat (Jeremy), Angie Douglas (Kevin) and Megan Huy (Samson); his grandchildren, Jackson Grenat, Kamden Douglas, Aidan Huy and Silas Huy; and his sister Susan Amos.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
