It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Kaiser of Gallatin, Tennessee, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on May 1, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Ruby Jean Girgler. She is survived by: her husband John Ray Kaiser of Gallatin; her children, James Dinkins (Brittany) of Watertown, Jessica Haskins (Gary) of Defeated Creek and Alishia Poss of Lebanon; and her siblings, Larry Melton (Paula) of Ohio, Ricky Melton of Kentucky, Randy Melton (Noreen) of Kentucky, Janice Martin of Kentucky, Teresa Deadmon (Todd) of Kentucky and Linda Gutherey of Kentucky. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
