He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sidney Coleman and Irma Lee Morgan; his wife Cheryl Coleman; and his children, William Ben Coleman and Stephanie King.
He is survived by: his children, Betsy Torres (Jesse), Crystal Miller (Karl Trahan), Jessica Owen (Jeremy), Frankie Coleman and Emily Kirkland (Michel); his son-in-law Willie King; and his siblings, Curtis York (Kathy) and Barbara Miller. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
