He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Edward and Lorraine Stockton Schreiner; his wife Deloris Schreiner; and his brothers, Edward Schreiner (Margaret) and Eugene Schreiner (Patty).
He is survived by: his children, Greg Schreiner and Glema Withrow (Brad); his grandsons, Adam Withrow, David Withrow and Austin Schreiner; his great grandchild Tate Withrow; and his siblings, Shirley Taylor (David), Stan Schreiner (Jerry) and Jim Schreiner (Brad).
In lieu of flowers, David requested that donations be made to Gallatin Church of Christ or Portland Christian School in Louisville, Kentucky.
