She was predeceased by: her mother Icy Parsley; her brother Conley Parsley Jr.; her grandparents, Hiram, Anna Parsley, Linco, Evaline Blankenship and Thomas Damron; and her aunt Wanda Evans.
She is survived by: her father Conley Parsley Sr. (Christine Parsley); her niece Patricia Cathryn Parsley Dale (Adam Ryan Dale); her nephew Bennett Conley Parsley (Kristen Diane Flanders); her great-nephews, Asher Ryan Dale and Tobias Patrick Dale; her sister-in-law Lori Paynter Parsley; and her close friends, Chuck McDowell, Jo-Ellen Drennon McDowell, Jessica Pfranger and Darla Cole.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Shriners Hospitals for Children: Shriners Children's.
