She was predeceased by : her father Everett Brewer; and her brother Earl Brewer. She is survived by : her mother Jane Brewer; her husband Larry Johnson Sr.; her children, Larry Johnson Jr. (Courtney Johnson), Matthew Johnson and Beth Cannon; her grandchildren, Radlee Johnson, Norah Johnson, Lucie Johnson, Katie Cannon and Jon Cannon; her siblings, Cynthia Keller and Steven Brewer (Debbie Brewer); and her nieces and nephews, Kelsey Carrigan, Alexis Brewer, Jennifer Teasley, Tala Teasley, Mary Teasley, Brandon Brewer, Bentley Brewer, Jaxson Brewer and Thomas Teasley.

In lieu of flowers, the Johnson family kindly requests that donations be made to the charity of Donna's choice, Autism Speaks.
