He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lyons and Betty Margaret Lyons; and his brothers, Thomas, Jeff, Louis and Joey.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Coyle Lyons; his sister Lynda Kruger; and his children, Beth Kennedy (Barry), Julie Lyons and Eric Lyons (Misty). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
