He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Thompson and Ruth Hash. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Sapp; his children, Terry Thompson (Rhonda) of Hendersonville, Tennessee. and Paula Rash (Jesse) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Jessika Brock (Mackenzie) of Campbellsville, Patrik Thompson of Hendersonville, TN. and Kady Thompson of Hendersonville, TN.; his great grandchild Abigail Smith of Campbellsville; and his brother Donnie Thompson (Stella) of Campbellsville.
