He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Whitson; his daughter Candis Concepcion; and his sisters, Barbara Fishburn, Dorothy Seay and Linda Bolton.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Trapp-Whitson; his children, Jennifer Nealy, William Whitson (Marissa), Nicholas Webb (Katelyn) and Alicshea Webb (JW); his son-in-law Shandler Concepcion; his grandchildren, Shandler Concepcion, Vanessa Hackney, Ricky Nealy, Zackary Nealy, Summer Kitchens, Quentin Kitchens, Dalton Emmitt, Cheyanna Thompson, Caylinne Webb, Candis Webb and Marcus Webb; and his sisters, Edith Kuhn, Eva Pippin (Leon) and Trish Sluti. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations towards the funeral expense.
