He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hugh and Mildred Erwin Congdon. He is survived by: his wife Ernie Congdon; his sons, Ehren Congdon (Caitlin) and Emil Congdon (Leslie); his grandchildren, Stewart, Virginia, Olivia, Gage, Boone, Wallace "Wally" and Vodin "Sonny" Congdon; and his sister Connie Congdon Hoxton (Arch).
